Hi, I am Dolly and I’ll be your Menopause & Spirituality Coach. 

I am a Certified Life Coach, Mindset Transformation Coach and Menopause Wellness Coach.

I am excited to share the methodology I used to improve my menopause and spirituality journey. I am happier, fitter and healthier. I have as well nurtured my spirit and found my purpose in life.

I didn’t get the support I needed during my perimenopause years and suffered from hot flushes, brain fog, irritability and sadness. My journey could have been different if I had the right help. I took things in my own hands, did the research , trained as a coach and developed my own methodology to improve my healtha and well-being. You can too!
